WELD TESTING

Polymer industries Australia  offer  NATA accredited testing services  in our Wangara premises or onsite. Tensile and bend Testing of butt weld and peel decohesions for Electrofusion welds of all diameters of pipe. With the best technology and machinery our staff with over 20 years industry experience we guarantee accurate fast results. We also offer weld failure analysis reporting.

Shear and Peel Strength tests on geomembrane HDPE liners to ASTM D6392 – Determining the Integrity of Non reinforced Geomembrane Seams Produced Using Thermo-Fusion

 

Tensile Testing of butt welded joints to ISO 13953 – Polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings – Determination of the tensile strength and failure mode

 

Electrofusion joint Peel Decohesion testing to ISO 13954 – Peel decohesion test for electrofusion assemblies
