Extrusion Welding will give you the ability to weld plastic liner for welding ponds, tanks, plastic sheeting, boats, car parts etc. welding different density and compounds of  plastics,  extrusion and triac hot air equipment , for welding of PE,PP and PVC materials together.  Wedge welding and socket welding based on German Guidelines.

Identification of materials being used in the installation as being compatible for welding.

Calculation of appropriate welding parameters and settings

calibration of plastic welding equipment

> Performance of weld to required standards

> Assessment of quality of completed welds/joints.QA QC weld register forms and causes of possible weld failure

Upon successful completion of the PIA course you are issued with:
> Statement of attainment
> Welder card
> Welding stamp (for butt-welding course)
Most importantly, you will be a confident and employable plastic welder.
